    Skufca Law, PLLC located in the heart of South End, Charlotte has been providing exceptional legal services in the Carolinas for over 15 years. We're seeking an experienced Business Attorney with Transaction and Litigation experience to join the firm. We're proud of the long-term relationships we have built with our clients and our community over the years. We have assembled a highly experienced and motivated team of attorneys who are passionate about practicing law and helping their clients reach their goals. We're looking for an attorney who is a good team player, with a strong work ethic, drive to succeed, and a positive attitude who is ready to take control of their legal career while maintaining a great work-life balance.

    Salary commensurate with experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent client service
    • Manage cases independently as well as collaboratively with other attorneys
    • Work directly with clients on their cases from start to finish
    • Be active in the community and work on building referral partnerships

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
    • Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
    • Experience representing clients in business law matters such as drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and corporate documents (operating and shareholder agreements, bylaws, stock plans, consents, resolutions, and corporate minutes).
    • Experience managing business deals and drafting documents including asset purchase transactions, stock purchase transactions, commercial loan closings, and more.
    • Experience representing clients in court and arbitration hearings.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other attorneys
    • Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
