    Job DescriptionSalary: Up to $ 60,000 inclusive bonus.

    Requirements

    • Must have 5 years of experience in physical/occupational/speech therapy outpatient clinics.
    1. Must have proficiency in Google suits, presentations.
    2. Must be willing to stay 3 evenings till 7 pm.

    Salary Range: Up to $ 60,000 inclusive bonus.

    Sign on bonus: Up to $ 5,000 with 36 months term

    Position Overview: We seek Full-time Executive Administrative Assistant In the clinic in Cary, NC.

    Roles and Responsibilities:(But not limited to)

    • He/she will ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently by managing staff, financials, and employee care.
    • Developing and implementing policies and procedures; Tracking and reporting metrics. Requirements and Qualifications. Policies and procedures relating to confidentiality and protecting personal and sensitive data.
    • Visits to doctors' offices and daycares and Process flowcharts for daycare visits
    • Maintaining and compiling practice logs.
    • Handle employee complaints and concerns.
    • Arranging the staff training for compliance.
    • Business strategy development.
    • Coordinating, conducting, and leading staff meetings.
    • Manage social media platforms and employee appreciation programs.
    • Manage building maintenance and IT issues
    • Program implementation and managing Admin staff.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Physicians, other medical professionals, office personnel employees, and employees
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant health care and administrative software
    • Good leadership, motivation, training, and goal-setting skills
    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare finance best practices and standards
    • Organization and time management skills

    *Requires a period of 18 months of employment with the company
