Summary of Position - Under the supervision of the Housing Administrative Coordinator (UB0157), this position provides administrative support to all members of the Housing Leadership Team. The department is responsible for housing facilities, housekeeping, assignments, networked operations, and apartment living needs. This position provides customer service, creates and maintains records, orders and organizes departmental supplies. The position is also responsible for departmental events and promoting/representing Housing at key events on campus.

Acceptable minimum years of experience - 35 years

- Knowledge of office procedures and electronic equipment as required by the department.
