    Production Manager
    STOP Restoration is a family owned and operated restoration company in Spokane, WA. We are looking for a Production Manager.

    We are a company that handles residential and commercial mitigation services related to Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold and BioHazard disasters as we as contents services.

    Our Production Manager will have the responsibility to manager the day-to-day operations of our Production Department.

    This includes the operational execution of the work performed as well as the financial aspect of this work as well.


    Experience:
    MUST HAVE 4+ years prior experience in the industry (Fire, Water, Smoke, Mold and BioHazard).

    Daily Activities:
    Planning, organizing, supervising and leading projects in

    water/fire/smoke/mold/biohazard/contents

    restoration work.
    Ensure projects come in on time and within budget
    Proficient on estimating software, other industry software and documentation systems.
    Work closely to ensure customer satisfaction
    Follow STOP systems each and everyday on all project to make sure we get desired outcome

    Skills:
    Communicating with staff, industry professionals and customers.
    Handle challenging clients and situations.
    Document & track related production data, using both hardcopy and related software programs. Specific experience with Xactimate Software.
    Attention to detail and highly organized.
    Industry Certifications (IICRC, etc.).
    Strong Leadership Skills Required

    Display a willingness to learn new skills and systems.
    Work as a team player or individually.
    Seek training and direction

    Other Duties As Assigned:
    The Production Manager will be required to be flexible and versatile.

    On the job learning of new and different ways to process files, use of computer systems and reporting techniques, and other necessary assignments as determined by management must be accepted by the Project Coordinator.

    Adaptability and processing changing priorities is necessary.

    Hours:
    Full Time position with the primary schedule being M-F 7:30-4:30 with after hours and weekends as needed.

    Salary:
    Pay range from $86,500- $113,000 which includes bonuses based on company performance.

    Other:
    Must have a CLEAN DMV record, pass a thorough BACKGROUND CHECK as well as a DRUG SCREEN.
