The Site Supervisor provides onsite support to our project managers and ensure all phases and processes of project installation are followed.

They also provide onsite installation and supervise installation team and sub contractors.

Your day will look like this:

Participate in kickoff and recurring project meetings as needed.
Perform a site visit.
Manage the inventory of the onsite equipment, lifts, and tools.
Manage day to day project paperwork.
Ensure that the required quality standards as stipulated in the contract documents are applied.
Coordinate RMAs for defective or unused equipment as needed.
Provide daily updates on project progress, including issues, to Project Manager / Coordinator
Manage the project through the installation and commissioning phases of the project.
Secure owner acceptance/final sign off
Ensure the health and safety on sites through training, prevention, and compliance.
Act as a liaison, and maintain communication, with clients, general contractors (including subcontractors), architects, and internal team
Address change orders throughout the project
Provide technical direction and assistance to the team as needed (installation technicians, representatives, and project managers) in installation and operation of equipment.
Maintain communication and project updates with Project Manager and Director of Operations
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Your profile:

High school diploma or GED
Professional training or college degree desirable
Minimum of 4 years of installation experience (audio, lighting, and video)
CTS Certification (an asset)
PMP Certification (an asset)
Ability to manage a team.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with AutoCAD (an asset)
Ability to travel to different job sites throughout the United States

Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of the audio, lighting, and video field (an asset)
Working knowledge on construction sites (Health & Safety meetings, inspections, OHS prevention, etc.)
Working knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook)

Time will be spent in an office setting.
Time will be spent on construction sites.
Work hours may vary depending on deadlines and the needs of the Company.
Typical workweeks are the standard 40 hours.
Environment may be fast paced and stressful.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a construction site setting. This job may involve occasional exposure to some disagreeable elements such as dust, noise, heat, cold, etc. Accidents are improbable other than minor injuries. Environment may be fast paced at times.
