- Travel as needed to promote the hotel and attract new clients.

- Ensure top-notch customer service for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to align pricing strategies with market trends.
- Prior experience as a Director of Sales, ideally at a property of similar size.
- Experience in a high-end extended stay hotel, preferably within Marriott brands.
- Familiarity with local market competition and industry trends.
- Demonstrated leadership and professionalism.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
