We are seeking an innovative, tenacious Strategic Account Manager to join the team in Lakeland, FloridaThe Logistics Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our company and key clients.
This position will be expected to drive value by understanding our client's corporate objectives and finding solutions that compliment them.
Grow client revenue, maintain positive relationships with existing clients, maintain assigned quotas, and ensure customer satisfaction.Essential Job DutiesProvide quotes using industry analytics, market conditions, and history to quote freight rates for customers on a per load or contract basisAct as the liaison between key customers and internal teams to identify new strategic customersEnsure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities to create increased revenueStay in touch with all accounts on a daily basisProspect new customers using email, cold calls, networking, etc.
