    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in consultative sales in the staffing industry and will play a pivotal role in developing and executing growth strategies to drive business expansion and increase our market share.

    What Youll Be Doing:

    Provide excellent service to new clients through a consultative approach to new business development

    Create fans of StaffBuildersHR by representing the company in our community and our industry

    Collaborate with the sales team to create effective plans and strategies aligned with company objectives

    Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships within assigned territory through market research and networking

    Address client needs and concerns promptly and efficiently, prioritizing client satisfaction

    Ensure diligent maintenance of the CRM by consistently updating with detailed notes at every stage of the sales process

    Who Were Looking For:

    Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B consultative sales with provable history of exceeding revenue goals required

    Minimum 3 years of staffing sales experience with an existing client base preferred

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

    Strong understanding of staffing industry dynamics, including recruitment processes, workforce trends, and client needs

    Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to drive growth

    Proficiency in CRM software (Bullhorn Preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

    High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred
