- Cart Assembly : Assemble carts based on puller / picking needs

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
- Basic math skills
- Experience in warehouse environment and / or manufacturing is a plus

- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to stand, climb, squat, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods of time

Position Summary :
General Laborers fill multiple roles to carry out day-to-day business activities such as plant cleaning, plant pulling, warehouse picking, production line tasks, and light machinery operation.
Communication skills, organization, teamwork, attention to detail, attention to safety protocols, and exceptional time management skills are critical to the success of this position within the organization.

Corso's Horticulture operates year around with exposure to all seasons and weather conditions. Candidates must be willing to work in cold, hot, humid, rainy, and windy conditions.
