    Description

    Job Title: Marketing Director

    Location: Onsite (Atlanta) or Remote

    Reports To: Tingue President

    The position requires big picture thinking and initiative to quickly identify problems and generate innovative solutions that accomplish critical organizational objectives. A sense of urgency and competitive drive, the willingness to take risks, make quick decisions in response to changing conditions and take responsibility for the results of those decisions is essential. The job environment is flexible to allow for maximum creativity and autonomy in response to constantly changing conditions. The achievement of results in this job requires engaging the cooperation of others. Effective leadership of others is critical to job success.

    Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    · Create an annual marketing budget.

    · Create marketing content.

    · Lead advertising campaign.

    · Choregraph regional and national trade organization activities to include trade shows, i.e., Clean, CSC, Vendorama, etc.

    · Lead National Sales Meeting construction.

    · Lead e-commerce committee.

    · Lead web-site redesign and continued maintenance of site.

    · Head-up new sales rep training standardization to include standardized routes for each territory.

    · Lead Mentorship program by developing pertinent topics and training Mentors in preparation for their bi-monthly meeting with Mentees.

    · Suggest marketing campaigns designed to promote, advertise, and sell company products and services.

    · Assist in identifying and targeting ways to promote Tingue, Brown & Co. to positively showcase the company's brand.

    · Participate in ongoing brainstorming to continually ensure a user-friendly company website, including determining suitable SEO avenues to drive customers.

    · Create effective email marketing campaigns.

    · Participate in various expo and trade shows to express Tingue, Brown & Co.'s business model.

    · Coordinate mobile and social media platforms designed to increase our audience by developing two-way conversations via Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, etc. Regularly track metrics.

    · Communicate paths that will highlight the company's processes, including content marketing that involves industrial videos, interviews, photographs, blogging, etc.

    · Assist in deciding upon creative ways to market materials, such as company branded displays, handouts, postcards, newsletters, etc.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    · 5 years of experience in a marketing related role preferred but not required.

    · Manufacturing experience is required, preferably in the commercial laundry field

    · Social media savvy a must.

    · Public relations experience a plus.

    · Process improvement skills required.

    · Possess an outgoing, energetic, and positive personality.

    Education:

    · Bachelor's degree in a related field.
