    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Responsibilities:
    Manage daily operations through effective leadership of District Managers (DMs) and Facilities Leaders (FLs) representing 20+ Take 5 Car Wash locationsAnalyze reports and dashboards to identify areas of opportunity for improvement on market-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales, Customer Growth, Customer Service, Staffing, and Employee TurnoverTake action to ensure each Take 5 Car Wash location is engaged in activity that drives performance on all KPI's and execute solutions to address underperforming areasLead others to deliver consistent quality of service and ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely mannerTravel to store locations up to 40% of the timeMitigate downtime through appropriate actions with Facilities personnelQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the retail industryStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other business softwareCW23SummaryLocation: United States of America - Remote GAType: Full time
