    About the Position

    This is a great chance to join a company during a thrilling phase of growth and change.

    We are looking for a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Vice President of Global Business Development specializing in the field of cybersecurity.

    As the VP of Global Business Development, your main responsibility will be to oversee our worldwide Business Development team.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a global team of over 150 BDRs supporting Sales across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set for the BDR team.
    • Provide guidance and development opportunities for team managers.
    • Enhance existing systems and processes of the BDR teams to support business growth.
    • Ensure close collaboration between Business Development and Sales teams globally.
    • Work with Marketing to align BDR support with Demand Generation and Event programs.
    • Utilize data-driven insights for coaching and to drive high activity levels.
    • Plan, forecast, and manage team capacity to meet business needs.
    • Develop talent programs for team growth and progression within the company.
    • Improve enablement content for the global team in coordination with Enablement teams.

    Essential Skills and Experience

    • 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Development and/or Sales leadership in software/SaaS industry.
    • Demonstrated track record of leading Business Development teams.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and prospecting tools.
    • Strong leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Good understanding of financial metrics related to sales performance.
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and globally.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
