    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's team as a Data Entry Specialist located in Chicago. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing invoice data into the accounting system. This role reports directly to the accounting department and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced and supportive work environment. This temporary role is open due to a medical leave and the clients are looking for someone to start quickly

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Input and process invoice data with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
    • Verify and reconcile discrepancies in invoice information.
    • Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices into the accounting system.
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve any invoice-related issues or inquiries.
    • Maintain organized records of invoices and related documentation.
    • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in data entry role.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Prior experience with accounting software is a plus.
    Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
