As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced individual who can serve as both an Operations Specialist for Paid Marketing/E-commerce and handle Bookkeeping responsibilities to join our team.

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Specialist with a strong background in Paid Marketing and E-commerce, coupled with proficient bookkeeping skills to join our team.

In this full-time hybrid role based in Miami, FL, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to paid marketing campaigns, overseeing financial transactions, and providing strategic financial insights for our marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial excellence and ensure operational efficiency. Remote work options are available.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a marketing organizationStrong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingProficiency in financial software and toolsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management reviewAbility to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholdersExperience with marketing operations and understanding of key metricsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plusCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retentionMonitor and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI and achieve business objectivesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both finance and marketing to identify opportunities for improvementMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail industryProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and marketing analytics tools (e.g.
