    Description
    Title: Human Resources AdministratorSalary: $ $30.00 hourly
    Job Purpose:Under moderate supervision, primarily responsible for general administrative support for assigned staff. The Administrative Office performs a variety of administrative tasks. They are the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors. They answer phones, greet guests, and answer questions about the organization. Duties:
    • Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
    • Performs a variety of administrative tasks for assigned staff, including but not limited to phone support, drafting, preparation and distribution of correspondence, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing, and copying, etc.
    • Coordinates Tenant requests for vendor services (access forms, calendar, etc.)
    • Greet guests at the office.
    • Responsible for the general upkeep, organization, presentation and cleanliness of the office, break room, conference rooms, storage areas, etc.
    • Coordinate services for the office, such as copy machine repair and service.
    • Assist with event planning.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Skills/Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two (2) years of general clerical work experience.
    • Human Resource Experience preferred.
    • ADP workforce Experience preferred.
    • Team Player, customer service oriented.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
    • Requires good communication skills, notably a professional demeanor both on the telephone and in person.
    • Ideal Candidate is comfortable with computers and able to perform various computer functions.
    • Requires good analytical skills to identify and solve technical problems.
    • Ability to complete data entry and filing documents in a timely manner.
