  • Distributes and tracks annual employee education packets in accordance with Joint Commission and DCF standard.

Creates and maintains a training schedule for all mandatory personnel trainings including but not limited to the

categories listed below. Liaisons with upcoming trainers, notify staff of training schedule, tracks trainings and

provides a monthly report of trainings. Ensures that all personnel files are compliant with current training

certificates under direct supervision of Quality Assurance Supervisor.

  • On the Department of Health Data Base

Liaison with Corporate on all matter of:

  • Payroll
  • Discipline as it relates to separation
  • Separations

  • Benefits
Liaison with employees for their personal personnel ONLY as it relates to:

  • Direct deposits
  • W2's
  • W4's
  • Address changes
Maintains I9 Binder

Facilitates employee benefit enrollment during Open Enrollment.

Coordinates the timely completion of the open enrollment process.

Communicate in a professional manner with proper use of telephone etiquette.

Perform in a professional manner and role model a positive image of mental health.

Knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to attendance and punctuality.

Reports to work as assigned.

Understand and adhere to legal guidelines pertaining to client confidentiality and client rights.

Maintains acceptable overall attendance.

Perform duties independently, taking a proactive approach to problem situations, seeking supervision on an as needed basis.

Attends in-services and educational training as necessary and as assigned.

Seeks out learning experiences and incorporates new knowledge into practice.

Reports personal symptoms of suspected illness or contagious diseases to Program Nurse.

Reports incidents, accidents, and occurrences in accordance with policies and procedures.

Maintains safety of the physical environment.

$ $24.00 per hour
