We are looking for an experienced Human Resources and Payroll person to join our growing accounting team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process payroll through ADP
- Human Resource responsibilities, including new hires, terminations, benefits administration, time tracking and injury reporting
- Accounting tasks
- Completion of special projects
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
- Extensive payroll experience
- Experience with ADP, Paychex or similar payroll systems
- Prevailing wage experience a huge plus
- Construction industry experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excel, Word, Outlook
- Demonstrated expertise utilizing financial systems
- Accurate and good attention to detail
- Ability to complete all work within given deadlines and well organized
- High level of personal integrity, professionalism and business ethics
- Stable work background
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to function in a fastpaced environment
- Motivated and selfdirected
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
