Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources and Payroll person to join our growing accounting team.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process payroll through ADP
  • Human Resource responsibilities, including new hires, terminations, benefits administration, time tracking and injury reporting
  • Accounting tasks
  • Completion of special projects

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

  • Extensive payroll experience
  • Experience with ADP, Paychex or similar payroll systems
  • Prevailing wage experience a huge plus
  • Construction industry experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Demonstrated expertise utilizing financial systems
  • Accurate and good attention to detail
  • Ability to complete all work within given deadlines and well organized
  • High level of personal integrity, professionalism and business ethics
  • Stable work background
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to function in a fastpaced environment
  • Motivated and selfdirected

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
