- Essential Functions:
- - Develops effective productivity and teamwork for Legendary Customer Service

- - Manages, develops, and evaluates service personnel
- - Communicates and monitors service department policies
- - Plans work, enforces procedures, and recommends improvements
- - Manages expenses and fleet maintenance
- - Ensures safety compliance and performs assigned duties
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- - Mechanical background with engine and electrical systems
- - Extensive knowledge of construction and lifting equipment
- - Quality control and operation skills
- - Ability to make judgment decisions and prioritize
- - Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- - Recordkeeping and document control abilities
- Education and Experience:
- - Five to eight years of related experience preferred
- - Aerial lift and fork lift certification required
- - High school/trade school diploma preferred
- - Valid driver's license
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- - Supervises shop and field service technicians
- - Provides input for evaluations and career development
- Travel:
- - Less than 10% travel per year with some overnight stays, mainly for training
- Physical Requirements:
- - Must be able to move objects and carry equipment
- - Constant movement and good manual dexterity required
- - Climbing ladders and ability to work underneath equipment
- - Reacting to signals, alarms, visually inspecting work
- Work Environment:
- - Works indoors and outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions
- - Noise levels may be loud, exposure to chemicals and high-speed equipment
- - Spends time in confined spaces and at heights
