Your tasks with us:
- Central communication interface for the customer
- Communication responsibility for escalation and emergency management
- Supporting customers in strategic IT planning
- Designing services according to contractually agreed upon services
- Defining and distributing service reports
What we expect from you:
- Successfully completed technical IT training or similar
- Knowledge of relevant laws, norms, and standards in IT compliance
- Experience in ITIL processes and project management methods
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and flexibility
- Negotiation skills in German and English, both written and spoken
