Your tasks with us:

  • Central communication interface for the customer
  • Communication responsibility for escalation and emergency management
  • Supporting customers in strategic IT planning
  • Designing services according to contractually agreed upon services
  • Defining and distributing service reports

What we expect from you:

  • Successfully completed technical IT training or similar
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, norms, and standards in IT compliance
  • Experience in ITIL processes and project management methods
  • High level of responsibility, initiative, and assertiveness
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility
  • Negotiation skills in German and English, both written and spoken
