- Answer shareholder and Broker/Dealer calls and respond to inquiries related to general account information, fund performance, fund portfolio holdings, cost basis, etc.
- Review new account documentation and establish accounts as needed
- Review and respond to requests from clients, intermediaries and shareholders
- Communicate complex financial information in tangible, simple terms
- Analyze and complete trades, maintenances, statement requests and written inquiries
- Correspond with and contact Dealers and Investors as needed
- Research and callout to Broker/Dealers in regards to NSCC trading
- Perform callout campaigns for Clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work and education experience preferred
- Must have previous customer service or call center experience and be able to multi task
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be willing to work on site 6 days/month
- Hours are 9:30 - 6PM
