    The ROCKY MOUNTAIN LAW ENFORCEMENT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION has an opening for a Call Center/Customer Service Representative in our Denver branch. This is a full time in office position at our branch located at 700 W. 39th Avenue, Denver, CO

    This position offers room to grow and advance. The Credit Union's policy is to promote from within. The pay range is $21 - $25 per hour and is commensurate with experience.

    Position Overview:
    • This person must have excellent phone and customer service skills.
    • Previous call center experience preferred.
    • Training will be provided on Credit Union products and services.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
    • Assists members who call or chat with questions and account information.
    • Performs some banking transactions, provides information on services and products, and provides resolution to problems or issues.
    • Must be professional, courteous, and helpful at all times during phone calls and chats.
    • The position will include knowledge of the full range of products and services offered by Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union.
    • Process a variety of operational transactions for new and existing members including but not limited to new member account openings, the opening of additional accounts/products, cross-selling, check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
    • Excellent Customer Service is extremely important in this position. This person must provide an unparalleled member experience over the phone and in person. Needs to be able to identify when the member needs more specific information regarding loan products and services.
    Performance Standards:
    • Provide courteous, friendly, timely, and professional service to all members and employees in an accurate manner.
    • Maintains a professional appearance and work environment.
    • Supports and participates in all internal and external educational opportunities.
    • Comply with all published directives and expectations in the RMLEFCU Employee Handbook.
    • Demonstrates effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills.
    • Support all corporate goals and objectives.
    • Previous experience in a call center or banking environment is preferred.
    Skills Required:
    • A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
    Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union, once known as the Denver Police Federal Credit Union, was established in 1938 and initially served the officers of the Denver Police Department. The Credit Union has since grown increasing its products and services offered and has expanded its field of membership to include numerous other law enforcement agencies throughout the State of Colorado.
