    Job Description

    · Provide support to sales staff and the management team.

    · Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and operation reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

    · Collaborate with Sales and Operation teams to gather results, adjusting data from internal and external sources.

    · Request Rate to pricing team using internal system

    · P/L report Simulation

    · Analyze operational results based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the operation team.

    · Ensure timely processing of daily emails, resolution of open issues, and effective communication with customers.

    · Recommend necessary changes in current processes to enhance efficiency.

    · Monitor trends and promptly report changes to management for necessary actions.

    Qualifications

    · Education: College BA

    · Entry level or less than 5 years of planning or sales support experience

    · Excellent Microsoft Office application such as Excel/Power point/Word

    · Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean)

    · Able to engage and work directly with customers

    · Problem solver mindset

    · Self-motivated

    · Organized
