    Regional Sales Manager - West Coast


    We are excited to share we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager - West Coast region of the United States to oversee a team of 1099 independent manufacturer's representatives, their sub-representatives as well as direct sales representatives to achieve sales goals through hands-on leadership with recruitment, training, and motivation.

    Are you a seasoned medical device sales leader who knows how to develop the relationships and product focus needed to grow sales within the West Coast Region?
    Do you have a proven record of high achievement in sales performance, and are able to inspire and motivate an independent sales force?
    If yes, this could be the job for you

    BS or BA degree is preferred with a minimum of ten years sales management experience leading and managing 1099 independent manufacturer's representatives and direct sales representatives with responsibility to deliver sales goals for a national region.
