Interested in start-up work and culture? We are currently seeking smart and talented young professionals to join our Corporate Operations Internship Program. The Ally Behavior Centers Corporate Operations Internship Program is a selective, high-potential program in which participants complete up to 4 departmental rotations within our corporate office over a 3-month period. Seeking Internship placement for June 2024 and January 2025

Ally Behavior Centers is a leading DC area-based provider of therapy to young children with autism, helping them overcome their developmental delays. We are looking for motivated self-starters to join our team in an internship role to support Corporate Operations across multiple departments. Our team members are expected to be leaders in the community, ensure our high-quality standards are met, and foster an exceptional work environment. Interns will focus on specific projects, but are also expected to fulfill tasks and duties as assigned. This internship program is the ideal role for someone looking to get entry-level experience in start-up healthcare operations and administration.

The right candidate will have extremely strong attention to detail in addition to being professional, energetic, organized and driven. You don't mind wearing different hats and take the initiative to get things done. We will train you on the specific job responsibilities, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own. Professional Development & Job Responsibilities:

Complete up to 4 departmental rotations within our corporate office (Sales & Marketing, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, Insurance & Revenue Cycle, and Center Operations Management)
Each rotation will consist of one unique, primary project that will help move the company forward. Final projects must be presented at the end of each rotation.
Completing shadowing checklists for all core responsibilities in each department
Filing, organizing, data entry, research, cleaning, and completing other administrative duties and tasks as assigned
Gain a foundation for future success in business in an entrepreneurial, non-bureaucratic environment
Explore various career interests within the corporate realm and identifying where you thrive
Enhance your business management skills under direct mentorship from senior leadership

Skill Sets & Ideal Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing person looking to break into the healthcare industry and is comfortable wearing different hats
You are completing your Bachelor's and do well in school. Your major isn't all that important to us. Maybe it's healthcare administration, maybe it's basket weaving.
You are compassionate and have a high EQ - we work with families who have children with developmental delays. You take pride in excellent customer service and patient experience.
You have varied interests and passions that you can dive deeply into. Maybe you love Russian Literature, minored in it in school, and are part of a local book club with some like-minded friends.
You like to work really hard and aren't just collecting a paycheck and letting the time pass. Excellent performance and building something special is what you find most fulfilling in life. If you have a project on your plate, you won't stop because it's 5pm.
You are self-motivated and want to move up and grow with our ever-expanding company.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve our company's mission
Strong and fluent written and oral communication skills. This should shine through in your cover letter - show us your style and professionalism.
Must be able to pass MD/VA state and FBI background check in addition to a sex offender background check
