Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development of competitive pricing in response to U.S. Government requirements
  • Develop and manage all activities related to pricing and estimating for the Business Unit. Includes developing strategic pricing concepts and approaches related to bids and proposals; overseeing the estimating and pricing activities for all Business Unit proposals and changes; evaluating risks & opportunities in cost estimates, etc.
  • Responsible for creation, review, negotiation, and administration of Prime Contracts, Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Task Orders, Contract Modifications, Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Responsible for contracts administration to ensure compliance by providing guidance and support to Program Managers, by interpreting terms and conditions, monitoring contract performance to ensure compliance with contract terms, from proposal stage to project closeout, including timely submittal of required reports
  • Works regularly with FAR requirements, schedules, proposal developments, statements of work, cost and pricing data, contractual flowdown, cost accounting standards (CAS), bids, prices, terms of payment, and availability of services to be provided.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that provide a positive impact on contract operations
  • Develop and document business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or 3+ years of experience in related field.
  • Familiarity with the FAR.
  • Experience with cradletograve contract life cycle administration
  • Knowledge of U.S. Government proposal and pricing development
  • Able to work well with senior executives.
  • Knowledge of GSA Schedule contracts
  • Experience with the following contract types: Cost Plus, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, BPA, Task Orders and Hybrid Contracts
  • Experience Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations.
