Your Impact:
- Partner with division leadership and practitioners to provide sustainable ways to ensure that products and solutions meet corporate risk and regulatory requirements and standards
- Lead risk and control efforts for DEI, including regulatory priorities such as examinations and directives (e.g., processes documentation, remediation action plans, issue management, operational risk management, etc.)
- Serve as a lead representative with key internal stakeholders (e.g., ERM2LOD and Internal Audit) to support overall DEI operating model and program oversight and annual audits
- Develop and sustain mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., FHFA OMWI, Conservatorship and Regulatory Affairs, Internal Audit and ERM2LOD, etc.)
- Support the DEI Risk and Controls team with risk management, execution and oversight of privacy, policy compliance, supplier risk management, operational risk monitoring and reporting
- Maintain, track and communicate status of critical risk and controls priorities to DEI leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Typically has 8+ years of related experience
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting divisional risk and controls priorities and use of systems to support risk management and oversight (e.g., BWise, etc.)
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.
This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $121,000 - $181,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
