    Position Overview:

    The Partner Delivery Professional will work as part of the Software Partner Delivery Team. Work will include supporting Partner Delivery Managers by performing ongoing tasks and support related to external Integrated Software Partners who interface to various Freddie Mac products and systems.

    Our Impact:

    Freddie Mac's Single Family Partner Delivery team is responsible for managing the third-party mortgage technology partners and our mutual lenders integration and adoption of Freddie Mac's loan origination, loan delivery, and loan servicing systems and offerings.

    Your Impact:

    In this role, you will be an integral part of the Single-Family Partner Delivery team and will be responsible to collaborate and build relationships with internal partners across the organization as well as the third-party mortgage technology partners. You will be part of a team that supports, leads, executes, and implements various internal and external Freddie Mac technologies and project initiatives. Responsibilities include:

    • Point of contact for assigned Software Partners and internal projects
    • Participate in new and existing Partner contracting and credentialing activities
    • Coordinate, manage and document team and partner activities
    • Information gathering and creation of internal and external communications including reports and presentation
    • Attend and participate in internal cross departmental meetings and successfully liaise between key stakeholders and the Partner Delivery Team

    Qualifications:

    • 2-4 years of related experience with the primary or secondary mortgage market, or mortgage technology partner experience
    • Origination Technology experience is required
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
    • Understanding of mortgage industry data standards including UMDP programs (e.g. ULAD, UAD, ULDD, UCD)
    • Build presentations and reports to communicate status of projects
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools

    The anticipated annualized base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $110,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
