    Title: Customer Service Representative

    Location: Campbell, CA

    Duration: 4-month contract with likely extension

    **First few weeks training will be onsite in Campbell, CA. From there the role will be fully remote besides a once a month onsite team meeting​​**

    Must Haves:

    • 2+ years of experience as a healthcare customer service representative
    • Strong documentation skills
    • Medical Terminology knowledge
    • Strong time management & organizational skills are
    • Direct communication

    Plus:

    • Bilingual in Vietnamese & English

    Job Description:

    Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support to current & new health plan members and providers. We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about joining the initiative in putting patient care first. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service care to member that have a variety of different questions or concerns. The main support provided will be directing insurance claims from billers and inputting the documentation into the company's internal computer tracking system. This resource will have to think quickly on their feet and enter patient data, whilst communicating with insurance representatives simultaneously. This team works in a fast paced, efficient environment, and is eager to have an addition to the team that will help drive patient care

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
