- Support account leads and account teams on new business activities including project scoping and sales mapping
- Build, coordinate and track project timeline and status for internal and client teams
- Lead scheduling and documenting of all project related meetings
- Monitor in-progress work, establish priorities, and adjust schedules to ensure successful project completion
- Streamlining communication between internal team members
- Partner with internal teams to evolve and improve processes for all aspects of project delivery with a focus on maximizing quality, collaboration, and speed
- Monitoring project progress and clearing roadblocks
- Double-checking all project deliverables for accuracy
- Write and execute proposals and statements of work
- Self-starter and accountable
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Efficient and effective working style as deadlines drive many of our timelines
- Demonstrates fundamental business communication skills, both written and spoken
- Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident problem-solver and experience leading process improvement efforts
- 3+ years of experience
- Account management or project management experience in creative services, advertising, or marketing appreciated
- Pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical services experience appreciated
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Skilled in Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Successful track record in managing the delivery of multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment
