    Hybrid- 1-2 days per week in-office at one of the following locations:
    Hyattsville, MD
    Carlisle, PA
    Chicago, IL
    Quincy, MA
    Portland, ME


    Job Overview:


    We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives in the retail and e-commerce sectors.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of crafting and executing Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and extensive experience in product and program management.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, driving the process from ideation through execution.
    Collaborate with key stakeholders to align them with the product vision and ensure the integration of business goals.
    Lead the prioritization and sequencing of product features within an agile development framework.
    Partner closely with IT on all phases of development, testing, and implementation, including crafting internal communications and deployment plans.
    Work directly with development teams to define scope and priorities, ensuring clear understanding through detailed specifications.
    Drive innovation and urgency in delivery, motivating teams to produce compelling and effective solutions.
    Serve as the primary product ambassador internally and handle external queries related to the product.
    Manage the quality and functionality of each sprint and ensure alignment with long-term goals.
    Oversee the entire project lifecycle, maintaining integrity and satisfaction of market and business needs.

    Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of product features; analyze results and collaborate across the organization to refine strategies.


    Qualifications:
    At least 10 years of experience in product management and program management, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
    3-5 years of proven experience in defining, crafting, and leading OKRs.
    Strong foundation in Agile methodologies, including comprehensive involvement in Agile ceremonies.
    Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
    Proficiency in writing functional stories, setting acceptance criteria, and hands-on testing and analysis.
    Ability to synthesize business requirements, identify challenges, propose solutions, and lead the development process.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholder groups and managing multiple priorities effectively.


    Additional Responsibilities:


    Act as a single point of contact throughout the project, from concept to implementation, ensuring seamless communication and integration across all departments.

    Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and budgets.
    Continuously assess project progress and develop solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
    Manage vendor relations and oversee the integration and deliverables of external tasks.
