    Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

We are at the forefront of innovation, providing cutting-edge solutions in a dynamic and evolving industry.
    Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in our corporate office in Newtown Square. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our rapid growth by providing insightful financial analysis, building Board-level materials, and driving forecasting activities.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Financial Forecasting:
    2. Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts.
    3. Provide regular updates on financial performance and projections.
    4. Board-Level Reporting:
    5. Prepare comprehensive and insightful financial reports, metrics, and presentations for Board meetings.
    6. Convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
    7. Data Analysis:
    8. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
    9. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
    10. Collaboration and Communication:
    11. Work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer, senior leadership, and the accounting team to ensure alignment on financial goals and reporting.
    12. Communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders in an accessible manner.
    13. Professional Development:
    14. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
    15. Continuously improve financial analysis processes and methodologies.

    Qualifications:
    1. Experience:
    2. 2-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
    3. Previous experience in private equity or investment banking is advantageous.
    4. Education:
    5. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with a focus on finance, accounting, or a related field.
    6. MBA in finance desired but not required.
    7. Skills:
    8. Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
    9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data.
    10. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    11. Career Growth Potential:
    12. The ideal candidate should have the potential to grow into a VP of Financial Planning role within Company or a Senior Associate/ Vice President position within one of our private equity firms.
