    POSITION SUMMARY:

    This position is responsible for various tasks related to the operation of the People Support department. Position coordinates department operations and provides an interface between Sound Physicians or Echo Locum Tenens recruiting teams and various Sound department operations by translating various legal documents into comprehensive forms for distribution to stakeholders.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    CIF Distribution:

    Manage assignments of CIF Task requests and executed Legal contract documents; research provider history in order to accurately compose new/revised colleague information forms

    Distribute CIFs to applicable recipients

    Data Entry/SalesForce:

    Ensure all provider's clinical information is accurately entered into CRM system (SalesForce) and record correctly reflects current working status with Sound Physicians/Echo Locum Tenens

    Update contact record to reflect provider's CIF

    Manage duplicate records

    Contracts and Amendments:

    Provide backup and relief to Lead Operations Specialist

    Routing contracts to candidate and department heads

    Coordinate amendments with the Human Resource and legal department

    Other Duties

    Understand and follow Sound employment policy and procedure

    Other duties as assigned

    SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND TRAINING NEEDED TO PERFORM THIS JOB:

    Extremely high proficiency with MS programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience a plus

    Experience with Project Management or high level coordination

    Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

    Exceptional organizational skills

    Attention to detail and accuracy

    Client service oriented (both internal and external)

    Creative and persistent problem solver

    Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organization

    Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and good judgment.

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

    Education

    Minimum: Some college coursework/college degree

    Preferred: 4-year degree

    Experience

    Minimum: 1-2 years medical office experience, including clerical office work

    Preferred: Experience performing background verifications, project management experience

    SPECIAL JOB OR ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

    Indoor office environment

    No travel required

    OTHER PHYSICAL AND/OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Sitting at desk working on computer for extended periods of time

    Working on computer for up to eight hours (with breaks)

    Moving/lifting file boxes (up to 25 lbs)
