    Electrical Project Manager

    in the

    West Hollywood

    area. This role earns a generous base salary and fantastic benefits package that includes a

    Required work experience includes:

    5+ years of Electrical Installation experience

    with

    Residential projects, including New and Existing Construction

    is a


    MUST
    Previous experience with

    High-End/Luxury Residential projects in Beverly Hills/Malibu areas

    of LA are a


    BIG PLUS
    Experience with

    Construction Administration

    responsibilities including

    Project Management, Oversee Submittals and Change Orders, Monitoring Inventory Tracking, conducting meetings with Clients, Architects, etc

    MUST
    Clean Driving history

    and willingness to travel to various job sites throughout LA county (

    with company vehicle and gas card

    ) is a

    Ability to pass a

    Drug Test and Background Check

    Journeyman Electrician certification in California
