    Description


    Manhattan Strategy Group is seeking a dedicated and highly capable Program Manager to oversee the daily operations, logistics, performance, and deliverables of various projects and programs.

    As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting client expectations, and maintaining efficient project management processes.

    This position requires a skilled multitasker with a strong background in project management, administrative duties, and excellent communication skills.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage and oversee the daily operation of multiple projects and programs.
    Ensure project logistics are well-coordinated, including resource allocation, scheduling, and deliverable tracking.
    Work closely with project teams to ensure project goals, objectives, and deliverables align with organizational objectives.
    Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
    Utilize project management software and tools to streamline project management processes and enhance collaboration.
    Capture notes and important information during meetings and discussions to support project documentation.
    Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
    Facilitate communication efforts between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
    Collaborate with team members to gather and consolidate feedback on project deliverables.
    Assist in the development and implementation of project strategies and plans.


    Qualifications:
    A minimum of 10 years of management experience, with a demonstrated track record of managing projects and programs effectively.
    Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
    Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent education and/or experience.
    Proven skills and experience in project management and project management software.
    Proficiency in note capture and reporting, ensuring accurate and detailed project documentation.
    Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks, communication efforts, and events at various stages simultaneously.
    Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
