Job Summary:
Duties:
- Develop and manage program budgets, resources, and timelines
- Implement project management methodologies to achieve successful project outcomes
- Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Utilize conflict management skills to resolve issues that may arise during projects
- Implement cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget constraints
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct data collection and analysis to drive decisionmaking processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program or project management
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as PMBOK, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and its impact on project success
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling and resource allocation
- Excellent data collection and analytical skills for informed decisionmaking
Pay:
$135, $170,000.00 per year
