Longevity Holdings (doing business through its subsidiaries ITM TwentyFirst, ITM, The Berwyn Group, Inc., Maple Life Analytics, LexServ, Fasano & Associates and PBI Research Services) is a fast growing company that provides senior longevity data, analytics and services to the pension, benefits, life insurance, structured settlement, and life settlement markets.
The Product function at Longevity is responsible for ensuring Longevity solutions provide optimal value to our customers by developing a deep understanding of our customer needs and creating alignment of our key capabilities to address those needs.
This responsibility is primarily focused on externally facing product experience and components.The Product Strategist will be part of a small and new team responsible for building the function and executing the processes through which we discover and understand of our customers' needs, translate those needs into product adjustments and new product development, and measure performance against expectations.
The Product Strategist will be responsible for:
Product management:
Conducting research and analysis of ongoing product portfolio performance, financial, and operational data to identify areas of opportunity to improve and optimize our products.
Building, maintaining and executing on our product roadmap.Project management:
Working cross-functionally to coordinate research, design, development, go to market, and operationalization process of new product initiatives. The Product Strategist will represent and communicate the customer value proposition throughout the product development process.
Customer feedback:
Designing, developing, and running our customer NPS survey, analysing the results, and making recommendations for improvement. Consolidating and interpreting customer insights from internal and external sources to inform our product roadmap.
The Product Analyst will report to the Chief Strategy and Product Officer and own cross-functional, strategic product initiatives from identification through analysis and implementation.
This individual will play a critical role in our organization enabling us to grow more rapidly.Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related area
3-5 years previous experience in a
product-related role
The ability to understand complex information, synthesize it, and deliver it (verbal and written) in an easy-to-understand manner
Verified skills using the MS Office Software Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook...)
Ability to learn about our diverse businesses including our products, customers, competitors, and operations
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, communicate effectively with individuals throughout the organization, and facilitate efficient meetings that accomplish stated objectives
Ability to identify, analyze and synthesize research on opportunities for our products, including benefits (financial, non-financial, strategic) and costs, and present recommendations with supporting data to key stakeholders
