- Contribute and provide improvement inputs to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support scheduling requirements of production and the test environment
- Monitor, record, and provide formal feedback, data, and detail as required for design/tooling improvements, processes, and production equipment (speeds, feeds, pressures, and more), product function, performance, cost, delivery, efficiency improvement, control plans, and manufacturing reports, etc.
- Assemble and build refractory (and/or tooling) that meets drawing detail. Challenge the process, equipment, and design in a positive manner to achieve required results as well as improve efficiency at all levels.
- Actively contributes to achieve 5S targets and maintains the '5S' environment on an ongoing basis.
- 5 years of prototype manufacturing/testing experience.
- Exposure to prototype & production environment
- Mechanical aptitude with hands on attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
