Description

Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week. Candidates must reside within 50-mile or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing enterprise marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Builds market product/marketing plans.
• Assists in product pricing assessment and recommendations.
• Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
• Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
• Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
• Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.
• Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $72, $145,584.
