The Sr Human Resources Business Partner (Sr HRBP) will report to the VP Human Resource for NextEra Energy Resources.
The Sr HRBP provides strategic consulting on people and organization development in support of several high growth business units throughout NextEra Energy Resources.
The Sr HRBP will use their business acumen to build and deliver solutions in partnership with business unit leaders and key internal stakeholders to drive effective HR strategies with a focus on talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, organization effectiveness and change management.
This role serves as a trusted advisor and valued business partner to executive leadership and their teams.Strong leadership, collaboration, program management and ability to effectively develop, partner and apply HR services to enable the business strategy is critical for this position.
Job Overview
Employees in this role provide consultation and analysis to designated business unit leaders on strategic HR initiatives including talent and succession planning, cultural assessment, organization design and capabilities, targeted recruiting, diversity and change management.
