    This position leads and fulfills responsibilities as a subject matter expert in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, benefits administration, HRIS management/reporting and employment law compliance. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. The HRBP must be sensitive to the facility and patient needs, employee goodwill and business needs. The ideal candidate thrives and enjoys working on a team and is passionate about doing the right thing for the greater good of the team, organization and the patients we serve.

    Education/ Experience:

    • A bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or a master's degree and 3 years of experience or 7 years of experience
    • Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional or equivalent, strongly preferred
