    ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS PARTNER

    HYBRID | TRAVEL

    $80K - $90K

    Seeking an Administrative Business Partner who will serve as a strategic administrative partner to the company's top-level executives. You will be the core of the company's operations and activities. Your work will enable the company to maximize their productivity by simplifying collaboration and connection with one another. You will partner with your leaders to help them achieve their goals and objectives as well as work with the larger admin team. The ideal candidate for this role will be friendly, energetic, personable and willing to take the initiative to jump in and assist with issues as they arise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the CSO to identify potential acquisition targets, with a primary focus on hospitals.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with hospital CEOs and decision-makers.
    • Serve as a project manager for acquisition deals, ensuring a seamless transition process.
    • Travel to various locations alongside the CSO to support acquisition efforts (ability to fly required).
    • Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodations.
    • Organize meals and other essential services during business trips.
    • Work cross-functionally to execute acquisition strategies effectively.
    • Proactively address obstacles and challenges to ensure successful acquisitions.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to acquisitions.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, controlled chaos environment, working effectively under pressure.
    • Meet with CEOs and other high-level executives to facilitate business discussions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any field (healthcare, business, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong research and analytical abilities.
    • Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to adapt and find creative solutions.
    • Prior experience in leadership and team support.
    • Proficiency in computer-based data management and information systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Commitment to maintaining a positive and respectful workplace.
    • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to precision in work results.
