    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our thriving technology company.

    This iHR Business Partner plays a pivotal role and is a significant part in driving our business forward by aligning our people strategy with our business goals.

    The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for managing and executing the HR strategy and operations, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

    This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the technology industry.

    The best candidates for the Human Resource Business Partner position will have experience cultivating a positive work culture, driving employee engagement and enhancing professional growth of others.

    Serve as a strategic partner to the business leaders, understanding their unique needs and providing HR solutions to meet their objectives.

    Drive the talent management process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
    Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees.
    Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make informed decisions.
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in the technology industry.
    Proven experience in talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
    Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
    Proficient in HRIS and other HR technology tools.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
