- Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
- POC for net-new and backfill request/approval process.
- Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions.
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed.
- Partner closely with admins and with hiring managers.
- Tracking and reporting end to end details for all open, and in process, hiring.
- 3+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field.
- Must have Office Experience (outlook/excel/word).
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed.
- The ability to successfully work in a team environment and build effective working relationships.
- The ability to prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
- 2-4 years customer service-related experience required.

Description
Summary:A Talent Operations Coordinator is a vendor and centralized point of contact between the business team and recruiting, who will manage various operational tasks and ensure a smooth hiring process. The TOC program is funded by the executive office and will be responsible for creating all requisitions within every business group. It is critical to have a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
