Our client seeks a seasoned leader to manage the day-to-day accounting operations within a fast-paced business environment. Employment Type: Direct hire

Location & Worksite:

Redmond, WA
Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Responsibilities:

Prepare financial reports, analysis, and manage the monthly close process.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations of A/R, A/P, Payroll, and revenue reporting, ensuring quality services.
Motivate and develop the accounting team, resolving accounting issues.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and complete client reporting.
Maintain relationships with key partners and advisors.
Develop and document accounting policies, ensuring compliance with financial controls and operational standards.
Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and debt financing.
Manage budgeting functions, including metric reporting and cost structure analysis.
Lead special projects to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Safeguard company assets by maintaining and improving internal controls, proactively managing working capital/cash flow requirements, and producing monthly flash reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including cost analysis
2+ years of leadership experience in a client-focused environment
Industry experience in advertising, construction, or manufacturing preferred

Salary, Benefits, & Perks:

Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 with discretionary bonus
