    Description
    Our client is currently seeking a Marketing and Administrative Specialist in Houston, TX

    • Develop and direct visual content across various platforms including print, digital, and other mediums.
    • Lead the creative process and oversee all packaging approval workflow with vendors and customers, ensuring designs and content meets acceptance criteria.
    • Organize and manage logistics for all food shows, including accommodation, rentals, demo company, and graphics.
    • Monitor and handle all customer service inquiries via email.
    • Handle shipping of customer samples through FedEx.
    • Coordinate all product sample requests Yale to Jensen.
    • Handle social media management and content creation for both accounts.
    • Maintain Google Business updates, hours, announcements, and engage with Google Reviews.
    • Maintain Company Websites
    • Create and maintain branding elements including menu updates, new items, and graphics.
    • Set up new items on customer platforms such as HEB, Kroger VIP, and Walmart.
    • Coordinate photoshoots and video production for items on both accounts.
    • Develop and maintain item specification sheets.
    • Manage workflow for multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Assist in ordering shipping materials such as coolers and logo decals for samples.
    • Prepare graphical presentations for customer meetings.
    • Create product mockups as needed to present new products.
    • Generate quotes and send to customers for catering services.
    • Coordinate Catering events with demo company.
    • Prepare internal forms for new items setup.
    • Create and order business cards for employees.
    • Order company logo uniforms including polos and shirts.
    • Set up and Maintain UPC codes through GS1.
    • Set up and Maintain items in 1WorldSync.
    • Assist in weekly ordering of breakroom supplies.
    • Plan and organize internal events such as employee appreciation parties, lunches, and customer visits.
    • Analysis of IRI Reports as requested.
