    Razorfish is looking for an Associate Analyst to join our Media Finance team Reporting to a Media Finance team lead, this role will provide operational, systems, analytical, and reporting support to the team and its clients.

    PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role based out of our Miami/Coconut Grove office and will require an onsite commitment of 3 days per week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

    Your Impact:

    • Serve as the primary task driver and doer for daily, weekly, and monthly client deliverables.
    • Provide reporting and draft bills to the media team for approval.
    • Review key financial metrics and resolve issues.
    • Maintain accurate client billing and the collection of supporting documentation.
    • Generate system reports and analyze data to enhance and optimize performance.
    • Ensure accurately-formatted documents for manager review.
    • Explain and translate financial reports to client teams and regional staff.
    • Assist with cash collection and cash application.
    • Learn, understand, and comply with financial audit expectations.
    • Assist media planning teams with system setup while guiding them towards financially sound and client-approved results.
    • Manage systematic financial reporting and ad hoc requests, including monthly close, monthly budget review meetings, variance reporting, draft billing, media accruals, budget discrepancies, audit commentary, etc.
    • Manage client and vendor signed documentation in company approved databases.
    • Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
    Qualifications
    • Prior experience supporting financial operations.
    • Prior experience within an advertising agency or digital media environment.
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel including creating reports, pivot tables, V/H/XLookups, and similar functions.
    • The ability to translate financial data to non-financial partners.
    • Comfortable presenting to internal and client teams.

    Compensation Range: $49,000 - $68,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
