    Engagement Manager , you will learn from the best in the business and more importantly, you will get to contribute and share your ideas.

    Your hands will be in every function of Social Media including client service, project management, strategy, content creation, and analytics.


    The Engagement Manager will work closely with a core team to support the execution of Social Media evergreen content to support the channels, events, and potentially campaign initiatives.

    This person will have excellent attention to detail, be dependable and possess the ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines all with a smile.


    This role will be responsible for supporting in the strategic planning, operation, and deployment of content specifically finding moments in culture, news, trends etc., and engaging with the community on social media channels.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Write replies that are on brand and/or have ideas to engage with current gaming community.
    Copywriting for posts, utilizing an understanding of brand tone and audience.
    Publish social media content across channels.
    React and engage with the community during key moments, ensuring voice and tone reflect the brand.

    Support management of the execution of compelling, forward-thinking social media strategies and plans for a notable brand in the gaming space.

    Deep passion and understanding of current cultural trends and finding the right moments to maximize them in social media.
    Manage day-to-day social media calendar for immediate and future projects.
    Utilize social media management tools across various social networks.
    Consistently communicate trends, shifts, opportunities, and status with cross-functional teams and partners.
    Develop and foster strong working relationships with internal and external teams (Account, Project Management, Strategy, Creative and Analytics).

    Use tools and technology to optimize social content creation performance and identify the most appropriate volume, channels, cadence for campaign beats.

    Assist with preparation, drafts and/or circulation of client-facing materials: agendas, call notes, research projects, calendars, etc. to keep internal team and client informed of status on a task or project.
    Conduct and compile research.
    Upload, organize and manage assets, documentation, rounds, approvals, and more.

    WHAT YOU'LL (IDEALLY)


    BRING TO THE TABLE:
    Passionate and knowledgeable about video games (past experience is a plus).
    A degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or highly relative work experience.
    2+ years of standout professional experience at an agency or marketing firm.
    Experience leveraging insights and data to develop social channel and influencer content strategies, campaigns and ideas.

    Experience with and knowledge of video and livestream platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, and Threads, and awareness of emerging social platforms.

    Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy environment.

    Constantly looking to learn more.
    Proven experience building and managing social media engagement for established brands on existing and emerging social platforms.
    Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
    Interest in innovative marketing, cultural trends and techniques.
    Experience working with digital and social media analytics tools.
    Ability to problem solve and think critically.
    Knowledge of the gaming industry.
