We are partnering with a leading marketing analytics consultancy, renowned for its cutting-edge 'no-code' platform, to recruit an Engagement Manager with a strong background in marketing mix modeling. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving actionable insights for a prominent CPG brand, leveraging your strategic thinking and deep understanding of marketing dynamics.


    Role Overview:

    Engagement Manager - Marketing Mix ModelingAs their Engagement Manager, you will be the linchpin between their clients and their analytics teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering exceptional results.

    Your ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights will drive strategic decisions and empower their client to navigate the evolving marketing landscape with confidence.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Act as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively throughout the engagement.

    Lead the day-to-day coordination between clients and internal analyst teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
    Oversee project planning, tracking, and execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met according to client expectations.
    Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to clients, leveraging deep understanding of marketing analytics methodologies and tools.
    Translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations and strategic insights for clients, helping them make informed business decisions.
    Conduct regular check-ins and status updates with clients to review project progress, address any concerns, and gather feedback.

    Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our analytics processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes and value delivery.

    Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and refine analytics solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

    Serve as a mentor and advisor to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics, sharing knowledge and insights with both clients and internal teams.


    Your Profile:


    5 to 10 years of marketing analytics experience, ideally within multi-channel consumer brands or related industries such as CPG, Retail, or Electronics.

    Proven track record in client-facing roles, preferably in consulting or client service, with a focus on research, analytics, or ad and media measurement.

    Exceptional communication skills, both written and visual, enabling you to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences and mentor team members.

    Strong organizational and planning abilities, adept at developing client-facing and internal tracking tools to drive project success.
