- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing managers and enablement specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Rev Ops teams to drive joint initiatives and maximize partnership outcomes.

About the Agency Partnership Team
Partnerships are a critical part of Gorgias's revenue growth driving over 50% of our revenue. We are looking for a Director of Agency Partnerships to spearhead our strategic partnerships within the ecommerce ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, deep understanding of the e-commerce and agency landscape, and a track record of developing impactful partnerships.
As leader of the Agency partnership organization, you will create top-down alignment both internally at Gorgias and externally with our top tech partners.
