- Develop and implement a comprehensive agency partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, with a specific focus on bridging the gap between media and creative teams
- Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with agency partners across the industry in the US; represent Vidmob at industry events and conferences to build awareness and attract new partners
- Help agencies develop more integrated solutions that bring together media and creative services, with the aim of improving overall effectiveness and ROI for clients
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the agency partners to ensure their success in integrating and promoting Vidmob solutions to their clients
- Collaborate with the VP, Agency Partnerships, Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with agency partners
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that our partnership programs are aligned with our product development roadmap, and that the needs of our agency partners are being met
- Analyze and report on the performance of our agency partners, and use insights to continually optimize our partnership program
- 7+ years of experience in agency partnerships, business development, or channel management within advertising
- Strong understanding of agency dynamics and the media & creative landscape
- Proven track record of building and managing successful agency partnerships that deliver results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior agency leadership
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
